All journals published under our imprint are released in a Gold Open Access format, with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license serving as the default. This license operates as follows:

- Every peer-reviewed article becomes immediately, permanently, and freely available online to anyone, without barriers to access.
- Readers are granted the right to share and adapt the published material for any purpose—including commercial use—without seeking prior permission, on the condition that proper attribution to the original work is given.

Where special requirements apply, authors may submit a request to the publisher for the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, which excludes commercial reuse.

In addition, to safeguard academic continuity, Spring City International Group Co., Ltd. offers a "Delayed Open Access" option—for instance, releasing content openly after a 24-month embargo period. This arrangement helps preserve the integrity and continuity of the scholarly record while responding to varied access needs across the research community.
